WTE Solutions is a PointShop, Inc. company. This page describes the public website at www.wtesolutions.net. It is a static site. It does not run a server-side application or store form submissions in a database of our own.

Who we are

What this site collects

The contact forms on this site submit via Jotform, a third-party service. When you submit a form, Jotform receives the information you provide (typically name, email, company, and project details) and forwards it to us. Jotform's own privacy terms apply to that submission. We receive your information in our sales inbox so we can reply.

If you call or email us directly, we keep that correspondence as needed to do the work you asked for.

Hosting and logs

This site is intended to be hosted on GitHub Pages (or a similar static host). The host may collect standard server or CDN logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles. Google Fonts may be requested by your browser when you load pages; Google's own privacy terms apply to that request.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Meta Pixel (Facebook tracking) to understand visitor engagement and ad effectiveness. Meta may set cookies and collect information about your visit. You can control this in your browser settings or opt out of interest-based ads via the DAA or NAI.

How we use what you send

• To provide services you hire us for
• To keep ordinary business records

We do not sell your contact information.

How long we keep it

Email and project files are kept as long as they are useful for the engagement and for ordinary legal and accounting needs, then deleted or archived according to our internal practice.

Your choices

You can write us at sales@wte.net to ask what we have from you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete correspondence that we are not required to keep. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights, contact us and we will work through the request.

Children

This site is for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this page changes in a material way, we will update the date above.
